Tomorrow
Tomorrow morning at 8AM, I start EVERYTHING.
I just recently bought the “30 Day Shred” and decided to start it tomorrow. I also think I’m gonna run for a little bit too.
I’ll be posting my weight and measurements tomorrow and probably do it every Saturday until I get to my goal weight.
Speaking of that, my goal weight is 130. In reality, I’d love to be about 125 but I’m not sure how realistic I’m being.
I’m not quite sure how much I weigh now but I have an estimate. I kind of gave up scales for a while because I didn’t like what they were saying.
Now hopefully that’s all going to change.
